I recently bought a 20 year-old jeep, so rust has become an obsession of mine.
There's very little signs of humans on the land I bought - it's been farmland for decades. I find the occasional beer can, or a Private Property sign that fell down, but that's about it. However, near where I put the cabin I found an old roll of fencing and this tow chain.
It was rusty, so I put it in a 1-gallon plastic bag with a dose of rust converter and this is the result. Pretty cool. Too bad the fencing wont fit in the bag.
I used: Corroseal 82331 Water-Based Rust Converter. Seems to work pretty well.
